Safeway Flowers Online: Terrible Bouquet and No Service - Safeway FTD floral arrangement


I used Safeway flowers online service to have flowers delivered for my father's birthday. My mother said it was the most pathetic bouquet she had ever seen and sent me a photo and the name of the florist that made the delivery (I thought the flowers would be delivered by Safeway). I Googled the florist and found only terrible reviews so I called the Safeway Floral number on the order to complain about the bouquet and to let them know not to use this florist again. I was told to send my complaint via e-mail (and was given the correct e-mail address) which I did and have received no reply 10 days later. Poor service all around. I would not use Safeway's online floral service again.
